"Speaking of chocolate, why not swap this for a healthier alternative too? A lot of supermarket cooking chocolates and chocolate chips contain high amounts of sugar and dairy, so try swapping them for cacao nibs instead. The crunchy texture makes them a great choice for flapjacks and cookies. If you do go for chocolate, opt for the highest possible percentage of cocoa solids."
